This is why I am dedicated to working with a uniquely skilled team in the burn unit and trauma unit at Netcare, Milpark Hospital, one of Gauteng’s premier private hospitals. The procedures we perform there range from suturing skin lacerations to skin grafts, tissue flaps, microvascular flaps and use of artificial skin or skin substitutes.
The unit treats a multitude of trauma and burn types, including those arising from motor vehicle accidents, mining injuries, domestic and occupational accidents, gunshots, stabbings and animal attacks.
